This will be one of the final wellness events of the year for Nova X Wellness and has been exclusively put together with Rebecca Mary, Callum Potton and yours truly, Storm Dawson.

From 5:45pm - 7:30pm

Parking: Coode St boat ramp carpark 15. Paid Parking. Or Douglas Avenue - Free parking. 

We will have a short introduction to Nova X Wellness, Rebecca Mary Mindful Fitness and Löyly Sauna before we get limber with a 30-minute stretch session guided by Rebecca Mary, followed by 45 minutes in Callum’s authentic Finnish Löyly Sauna—all while watching the sun set over the city skyline. 

This is one of my most exclusive and unique wellness events yet, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
