An evening of Pilates, wine and grazing in the Hunter Valley.
Slow down and savour an evening among the vines at Keith Tulloch Winery, hosted by The Stretch & Sculpt Club.
As the afternoon softens into golden hour, begin with a 45-minute wine tasting experience, accompanied by a grazing platter. Take your time, enjoy the flavours and settle into the beautiful winery surroundings before stepping onto the mat.
You’ll then be guided through a 45-minute Pilates session as the sun sets, blending strength, stretch and mindful movement for a feel-good finish to your evening.
Thoughtfully bringing together movement, connection and a little indulgence, this two-hour experience is an invitation to step away from your busy routine and make time for yourself.

FAQs
- Do I need Pilates experience?
No previous experience is needed. Your instructor will guide you through the session and offer options so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
- What should I bring?
All pilates equipment will be supplied. All you need to bring is yourself, a water bottle and a light layer for when the temperature cools. Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.
- Can you accommodate allergies or pregnancy?
Yes! Alternative food and drink options can be provided for guests with allergies or those who are pregnant. Please let us know when booking so we can arrange a suitable option with the winery.
If you’re pregnant, please also let Britt know before the Pilates session so she can provide appropriate modifications.
- Can I attend if I have an injury?
Please contact Britt before booking to discuss your injury and whether the Pilates session is suitable for you. Modifications can be provided where appropriate to help you move comfortably. If your injury affects your ability to exercise, please seek clearance from your treating health professional before attending.
- Can I cancel or refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, illness, injury or non-attendance, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you can’t attend, contact SSC before the event to request a ticket transfer. If we cancel or significantly change the event, we’ll advise you of your options and any applicable refund entitlement.
- What happens in wet weather?
If significant rain or severe weather makes outdoor Pilates unsafe, the event will be rescheduled. We’ll contact ticket holders with the new date and next steps. Your ticket will remain valid, and any refund rights under Australian Consumer Law will apply.
- Can I bring my children?
This is an adults-only event for guests aged 18 and over. Children and babies cannot attend. We’d love you to join us for an evening to unwind and enjoy some time for yourself!
