🎶Sound Healing: Crystal bowls, medicine drum, rattles, didgeridoo, broomstick, handpan, and celestial sounds will harmonize your body and soul.

🎶Jamming

The evening will begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, inviting Divine Love to flow through us. Next, we’ll gather for a Drum Circle, where we’ll drum in unison to connect and elevate our energy—feel free to bring your drum! Through Sun Power Breathwork, we’ll awaken the fiery energy of the sun, followed by Moon Soothing Breathing to bring calm and relaxation.

We’ll then flow through a Sunset Glow Yoga practice, grounding ourselves to both the Earth and sky. Energy Healing will follow, where Reiki and divine energy will help restore balance within. As the night deepens, we’ll experience Sound Healing through crystal bowls, medicine drums, rattles, didgeridoos, broomsticks, handpans, and celestial sounds, harmonizing body and soul. The night will conclude with an optional Jamming Session, where we’ll create music under the moonlight—bring your instruments and let’s share the magic!

GIADA LOVELIGHT is a Holy-transformer and the creatrix of "Shine Your Light Temple" her sacred space in Dapto. Giada is a Certified Awakening Mentor and Womb Spirit Keeper "Womb Shaman" in art "Ashrakti." She can heal people through Shamanic Journeys, EFT Tapping and mind-body connection. She is also an Hypnotherapist, NLP positive psychologist and Kinesiologist. Giada plays Shamanic Drums and rattles in communion with the elements and channels Divine Love from the celestial realms. She runs workshops, group healings, breathwork and retreat in Australia and overseas.
