Meet the Speaker: Kai Kelly

Kai’s journey began when he left high school early to pursue a Bachelor of Business. However, he quickly realised that true learning happens through connection. Struggling to find spaces for deeper conversations, he founded SunsetCrew, a community-driven movement dedicated to bringing people together. What started as a small initiative has now grown into a global network. It has over 150+ events on the Gold Coast, uniting thousands of people from 50+ countries.

Beyond community building, Kai has built a career in project management and launched Founder Flow. This is a virtual assistance agency focused on human-first leadership. His approach—rooted in empathy, deep listening, and valuing every individual—has shaped how he leads and supports his team.

Now, Kai is fully aligning his work with his purpose. He is expanding SunsetCrew’s impact through workshops and events that help young people, teams, and workplaces cultivate authentic human connections.
