Join Dan Pauro for a deeply immersive 90-minute journey through sound, vibration and stillness, created live using an incredible collection of instruments gathered from cultures around the world.

Experience the grounding vibration of the didgeridoo alongside Native American flute, Nepalese singing bowls, crystal bowls, RAV drum, djembe, guitar, taonga pūoro and the sounds of nature.

Every instrument carries its own frequency. Every journey unfolds differently.

There is nothing you need to do. Simply lie down, get comfortable, close your eyes and allow the sound to take you wherever you need to go.

HOW TO PREPARE

• Avoid caffeine the day of the event

• Eat light beforehand - nothing heavy

• Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in

• Bring a yoga mat, cushion, and a cozy blanket

• Bring an eye pillow - this is essential; please don’t skip it. It keeps you fully in the experience and blocks out light so you can surrender completely.

• Bring a water bottle

• Bring a journal to capture any insights or reflections that come through
