Please note: Passes must be physically collected from the Customer Service Desk (Ground floor, opposite Surf, Dive N' Ski) during centre opening hours prior to any voucher redemption. Tickets and bags can be collected from Wednesday 27 November 2024. It's important to note that tickets are valid for redemption from 1 January - 31 January 2025.
