This is a Superhero Training Extravaganza where you'll train like your favorite superheroes! Start by joining Enchanting Emily with a 30-minute super kids yoga class to warm up and practice your favorite hero poses and stretches through activities and games. Parents welcome to join in.
Afterwards, head downstairs to meet Jackhammer Jared where you’ll fly like Iron Man, leap like Black Panther, lasso like Wonder Woman and swing like Spider-Man in an action-packed exercise circuit!
