* Bring a yoga mat, pillow for your head, a blanket, and eye pillow
* Bring a water bottle 
* For more comfort you could bring a bolster or large pillow for under your knees
* Eat lightly prior to the event
* Please arrive 10 minutes prior to event to allow everyone to get settled, so that we can start on time!

Contra-Indications - 1st trimester of pregnancy, sound induced Epilepsy. 

If you have any pre-existing health conditions participants are advised to consult with a licensed healthcare professional for written approval prior to attending & to advise facilitator in writing before the event. For example : Pace-maker, stent, shunt, non-sound-induced epilepsy, cardiac or brain implants, defibrillators, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, (DBS) deep brain stimulation device. Caution is also advised for participants with a history of severe depression, anxiety, psychosis, PTSD & other serious mental health challenges. Please also seek approval & advise facilitator prior to attending.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Melita Vlatko-Rulo, Lovelta and any volunteers against any liability incurred as a result of injury or loss. These events requires me to be in good health and have no condition that could endanger my well-being through participation. I will notify Melita Vlatko-Rulo of any pre-existing medical conditions she needs to be made aware of in writing prior to participating in any activities or attending the event. I the undersigned have read this ‘Waiver’ and ‘Release’ and by purchasing my ticket, I agree to participate in events facilitated by Melita Vlatko-Rulo of Lovelta at my own risk.
