This FREE workshop is designed for kids to provide a safe and inspiring space to explore their inner strength and creativity. Led by a qualified Creative Arts Therapist, children will:

• Design their own superhero characters, complete with capes, masks, and unique powers.
• Discover their personal strengths and learn creative ways to tackle life’s tough moments with courage.
• Build self-belief, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their individuality through fun and interactive activities.

This workshop is perfect for kids and families to power up, rise above challenges, and unleash the superhero within! Don't miss out!
