Superior Watershed Partnership 25th Anniversary Celebration

Please join us on Friday, June 20th, 2025 for the Superior Watershed Partnership 25th Anniversary Celebration – A Binational Event Celebrating Lake Superior! The event starts at 6:00 pm (social hour) with the main event beginning at 7:00 pm followed by local music, food, and drink! Opening Ceremony with the Teal Lake Singers Anishinaabe Tribal Drum Circle. Keynote Speaker Dave Ullrich, founding director of the Great Lakes & St. Lawrence Cities Initiative and Former Administrator of the EPA Great Lakes Program Office will present on How U.S. and Canadian Communities Continue Working Together to Protect the Great Lakes! The Main Event will also feature video greetings from Dr. David Suzuki, Canada’s respected environmental scientist and Bill McKibben, Climate Educator and Author of the End of Nature. The event also includes a live auction, food, drink and live local music! The Superior Watershed Partnership is a 100% local non-profit organization serving the Upper Peninsula.
