This training is aimed at Supervisors, Leading Hands, Coordinators, Mangers or anyone in a leadership role.

Supervisors Training - Creating a Mentally Healthier Workplace

As a result of the most recent MATES research into apprentices and bullying and harassment and the upcoming Work Health and Safety (Psychosocial Risks) Amendment Regulation 2022.

We have created a 4 hour training program called "Supervisor Training"

The training comprises of:

1. Understanding our obligations as leaders (leading hands, supervisors and management) in relation to bullying, harassment and discrimination in the workplace

2. And empowering leaders to effectively respond to these and other challenging situations
