After a sold-out debut, we're back.

Supper Sessions is Table Riot's communal dining series, bringing people together over bold food, shared tables, and nights that feel a little bigger than your average dinner.

Each session explores a different cuisine, story, or influence.

This time, we're heading to France. 🇫🇷

A celebration of French food, Bastille Day spirit, and the kitchens that helped shape the chef behind Table Riot.

So, What's the plan. . . .?

You'll be seated at long communal tables — with your crew, and a few you haven't met yet.

This is a shared dining experience at its core:
plates landing in the middle, passed around, talked over, and enjoyed together.

This menu takes inspiration from the culinary journey of Matt Kemp — from his time as part of the formidable kitchen brigade at Sydney institution Banc, through to opening his own much-loved French restaurant, Balzac, in Randwick.

French cuisine has been a significant chapter in Matt's career, and this dinner is a chance to revisit some of those influences through the Table Riot lens — generous, relaxed, and designed to be shared.

Expect beautiful produce, classic techniques, bold flavours and a few culinary stories from the kitchens that helped shape the chef behind the feast.

Quite simply, this is Matt's time to shine.
