Support Staffordshire want to learn more from our member organisations. We will be hosting a series of focus groups to explore topics that are relevant to the sector. This session will be about your organisations' experience of supporting Social Prescribing.

We would like to know about: 

• your experience of working with social prescribing
• how social prescribing affects your organisation
• how can we improve your experience working with social prescribing
