Event description

✨ Weekly Nervous System Reset ✨

A space to unwind, regulate, and reconnect.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, these weekly sessions offer a gentle way to support your nervous system. Through somatic movement, mindfulness, yogic techniques, and dance movement therapy, we’ll explore ways to feel more grounded, present, and at ease in our bodies.

With a wide range of nervous system regulation tools, you’ll gain insights and practical ways to take these exercises into your day to day life, building resilience, bodily safety and a sense of calm.

What Does a Session Look Like?

Each session is a collaborative process designed to honor where you are and support your journey.

Here’s what you can expect:

* Grounding Practice: Begin with a grounding exercise to settle into the space and connect with the present moment.

* Space to Share: A chance to reflect, share your intentions, and set the tone for the session.

* Guided Movement, mindfulness and breath work practices : Gentle, intuitive movement tailored to each persons body and goals, designed to help you tune into your body and feel embodied.

* Somatic Practices: Exercises to tune into bodily sensations, enhance awareness, and build connection between mind and body. Designed to release tension and restore ease

* Creative Expression: Activities like journaling, drawing, or other creative practices to integrate your experiences.

* A Space to Be: A supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can simply exist, express, and explore. You will leave feeling calm, slow and at ease.

This is for you if you:

* You feel disconnected from your body or emotions.

* Are looking for a nourishing weekly ritual to reset and restore

* Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in stress cycles

* You want to improve your capacity for self-regulation and nervous system support.

* You’re seeking tools to manage life’s challenges or cultivate inner resilience.

* You’re curious about integrating creativity, movement, and mindfulness into your daily life.

* Build Inner Resilience: Build capacity to meet life’s challenges with grace and strength.

* Want to feel more embodied and present in daily life

No experience needed—just bring yourself as you are.
Let’s move, breathe, and find balance together.

🌿 What is Somatic Movement?
Somatic movement is a practice of tuning into your body’s sensations, breath, and natural movement patterns to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance. It’s about moving with awareness, allowing your body to guide you, and cultivating a deeper connection with yourself.

💃 What is Dance Movement Therapy?
Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) uses movement as a powerful tool for self-expression, healing, and emotional regulation. It helps us process emotions, shift stuck patterns, and explore new ways of being through intentional, expressive movement. No dance experience is needed—this is about listening to your body, not performing.

📅 Held weekly on Tuesday evenings, 7-8:15pm
