Supported by The Seasons: Big Wind Time: Breath and Lungs
To be announced
Event description
Nights are cold, the wind is up; with leaves dropping from trees there is a sense of space and light; the lorikeets are coming in attracted by flowering melaleucas and grevilleas.
In this month's seasonal Body Mind Centring workshop we will explore breath; the respiratory system and lungs.
In this three-hour experience there are two sessions of guided sensing, feeling and mapping of your internal landscape/ anatomy. A good amount of time is also allocated to journalling and reflection in nature.
Morning tea and coffee provided.
After the crazy season, come and take a breath and see which way the wind is blowing.
