Join Kristie Williams, founder of Excel and Empowered Minds, as she shares her expertise in supporting children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. With years of experience working with children who face learning barriers or disadvantage, Kristie will provide parents with practical strategies to:
- Build their child’s confidence and resilience.
- Promote a sense of belonging and inclusion in the school environment.
- Set children up for academic success through realistic goal-setting and preparation.
This session is packed with insights to help you empower your child for the year ahead.
For Kids (Optional Add-On)
While parents are in the session, Laura Kennedy, founder of Aqua Kre-Artz, will lead a fun and nurturing art and mindfulness workshop designed especially for kids. Laura’s workshops use creativity to promote emotional well-being, self-expression, and calm.
Children will:
- Explore their creativity through engaging art activities.
- Learn simple mindfulness techniques to help manage emotions.
- Enjoy a supportive environment that encourages self-confidence and positivity.
This workshop is the perfect way to give parents uninterrupted time to focus while kids have a blast upstairs! - Cost: $20 per child
