Nikiesha Pilgrim
Nikiesha Pilgrim is an award-winning swim teacher, aquatic facility manager and national presenter with a passion for making swimming lessons more inclusive. She teaches at Prouse Swim School and manages the Goroke and Edenhope Swimming Pools in regional Victoria. Nikiesha was named the 2024 ASSA Victorian Swim Teacher of the Year and has been recognised as a national finalist in multiple industry awards. She has presented across Adelaide, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, sharing practical strategies that help swim teachers confidently support neurodivergent, anxious and reluctant swimmers.
