Dr. Narelle Savage, Anthroposophic General Health Practitioner, will speak on supporting our respiratory and immune systems, and understanding the phenomena of warmth towards wellness.

Participants will as well be guided through some practical home care compresses, wraps and restorative care practises for keeping our family's inner landscape robust and whole through practical home care mantles with Lyn Clifton, Community Health Social Worker.
