Perimenopause and Menopause Workshops for Women - Supporting the Change

Understanding and navigating the change! These workshops are designed to provide a supportive container where women can come together, share, ask questions and learn more about what is happening during the transition into perimenopause and menopause. The 2 unique workshops aim is to connect women, provide information and tools for wellbeing. Each individual workshop will be hosted by local Melissa Redman. The first workshop on Sunday 15th of June, Naturopath Grace Rivas will be presenting an interactive and informative discussion on the topics below.
Workshop 1. Sunday 15th June 12pm to 3pm
- Understanding the key physiological changes during the perimenopause & menopause transition
- How to balance your physical body and hormones using 'food as medicine'
- How to support your emotional well-being with breathwork and gentle movements
- Daily practices to support physical strength, mental clarity, and endless vitality
- Questions and Answers
Melissa Redman will also introduce Victoria Parnaby - The Pelvic Floor Physio and Menopause Health Coach who will be presenting an hour workshop plus Q & A on the following workshop Sunday the 22nd of June.
Workshop 2. Sunday 22nd of June 12pm to 3pm
Victoria Parnaby will discuss a lot of the topics that are sensitive to women's experiences during perimenopause and menopause. She'll be discussing heavy periods, painful intercourse, pelvic floor issues and HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) and more. Both workshops will provide the opportunity for women to ask questions to Grace and Victoria either anonymously or in person.
Tickets are online one workshop is $60 or a discounted price of $100 for both 3hour workshops. Complimentary light snacks and tea provided.
