🌿 About Booking & Invoicing 🌿 Important: I am not an NDIS registered provider, so unfortunately I cannot invoice NDIA-managed plans. Self-managed, plan-managed and privately funded participants are welcome. Here's how booking works: ✅ Step 1: Reserve your place through Humanitix. There is no payment required at the time of booking. ✅ Step 2: During checkout, you'll be asked a few questions about your funding and invoicing preferences. ✅ Step 3: I will register you in my client management system (Zanda Health) and arrange for your invoice to be sent according to the details you've provided. ✅ Step 4: If you're a new client, I'll also send you an Informed Consent and Service Statement to review and sign electronically. 💌 Need some help? If you'd like support with booking, or would prefer to complete the process together, please use the "Contact Host" button above the Event Description or in your Humanitix confirmation email. 🌸 Default NDIS Invoice Wording 🌸 CORE Support: Assistance with Daily Life – Self Care Activities (01_011_0107_1_1) Support provided during a virtual group session to assist participants in initiating and completing tasks of daily living. The session offers structured guidance and peer support to enhance daily living skills and promote independence. Cost calculated on a 90-minute session divided by four participants. 📝 A Note About Invoicing The above is my default NDIS invoice description. If you would prefer a different support item or wording, you can provide this information during checkout. Alternative support items may be available depending on your plan.
