Event description

SURF BREATH CONNECT

A day workshop with Caroline from Grow Surfing and Heli from Sea Fit Therapy, focussing on tools for safety, fun, performance and confidence in the surf and life.

Including surf mobility, functional breathing education, ice bath, land and water drills to explore the breath hold journey and develop confidence and self awareness in and out of the water.

Ideal for surfers, swimmers, anyone with a love, or a fear, of the water

You will come away with a set of tools for stress management, healthier breathing, safer more comfortable breath holds, enhanced performance, self awareness and mind body connection, and decreased risk of injury.

As well as a "YAY ME!" experience !
