The human connection & energy exchange I’ve felt in these spaces is often deeply profound.

If you are looking for deeper connection, community and a place to feel heard & held...

Come and join us for 1, 2 or all 3 circles as we journey together on this beautiful land.

My intention is for the space to feel like a warm, welcoming and safe container.

Turn up exactly as you are and I will gently guide you through each circle.

We will drop into our bodies with a grounding exercise, share from the heart (if you feel called), listen and witness the stories of others.

I will provide a nourishing lunch for us all to share - A different homemade soup each month :)

Venue: StillPoint Collective Studio, Torquay (Next to Ashmore Arts)

We will meet at 10am and close circle by 12pm...however, you are so welcome to stick around afterwards to chat & connect further.

Single Ticket - $59

2 Circles - $108 (Save $10)

All 3 circles - $147 (Save $30)

October 25th - Friendships

November 22nd - Connection

December 13th - Letting Go
