Description

Join us at Surfers Paradise Demons for a three-hour AFL holiday clinic focused on fundamental skills, speed, agility and game sense.

Athletes will train in a fun and supportive environment where they can push themselves, improve their footy or simply enjoy the experience with their mates.

Ages 8–12 train from 8:00–11:00am

Athletes should bring:

  • Football boots

  • Runners

  • Water bottle

  • Hat and sunscreen

  • Towel

  • Snacks if needed

  • Mouthguard

  • Any required medical equipment, including an asthma puffer or EpiPen

Please arrive in comfortable training clothes and ready to participate.
