Are you needing some self care, woman time connection and nourishment?

Take a break from your weekly routine and join us in sacred woman time to reconnect to your deeper essence as a woman. To let go. To surrender. To shed. To connect to other women and more importantly to yourself. Your heart space. Your feelings. Your body. Your spirit.

Come to help dissolve the barriers and stresses that build up layer upon layer and block the way. Come to have a time out from all the roles you have as woman in your life. To just be. To celebrate and nurture you and pour love and energy into you. To attend to your self care. To fill up and keep your inner tanks flowing or to invite the flow to start happening in your life again.

Through talking circle you will be given to opportunity to give voice to your honest feelings as a woman of where you are at, how you are feeling, your process of life at this somewhat strange, different and new time (it has certainly been a different kind of year with new challenges we as a collective have had to face and experience). You will have the opportunity to be heard and felt and listened to. Without opinions or advice given. And you will partake in the sacred listening of the circle too. Listening to each other woman who is present in this circle. This in itself is a powerful and can be a deeply healing, nurturing and nourishing process.

We will then journey, gently guided, with breath, sound, movement and dance with our theme of 'surrender and shift' to move the parts within ourselves that need to be moved to help and support an energetic shift.

A letting go. A surrender. Rather than a holding tight or fight. A softening. A releasing. A melting. An expansion. An opening to be able to receive the support around you and the support you yearn deeply for.

Both a collective and an individual journey. But done in shared and sacred woman time space. 

And then an integrative relaxation to complete....

• Come to connect to a circle of like minded, strong, powerful, deep feeling, big hearted women. In sacred woman time space.

• Come to a space where your wholeness and brokenness and diversity and wildness and uniqueness and everything in between all shades of light and dark and shadow as a woman are not only allowed but also welcomed, embraced and celebrated.

• Come to acknowledge and allow and honour whatever this year has brought to you and the stage of life and womanhood you are in right now.

What to expect? This event will include... 
*Welcoming you into the sacred space as you enter.
*Making your way into the circle.
*Time to sit, settle and draw guidance cards.
*Grounding breath, connecting to your body, the circle, spirit, and the earth.
*Talking and listening circle.
*Guided breath, movement, dance and sound journey.
*Lay down, relax and integrate with a guided relaxation sound journey with medicine drum and Kathy's voice.
*Closing circle.

Bring
Cushion, bottle of water, towel, mat to sit/lay on and optional blanket to wrap yourself in during the sound journey (and anything else you need for your comfort).

Dress
Please wear clothes you can comfortably dance, sit and lay on the floor in. Layers recommended.
