Take some well-deserved time out and join us for a 8-week Mums & Bubs yoga-inspired playgroup experience as we connect to self, connect to other mums, and bond with bubs by including them in our self-care practice of movement and mindfulness on your postpartum journey of wellness and recovery 🧘‍♀️✨

In our Mums & Bubs classes, you'll find:

🤱 Safe, welcoming, judgment-free space to engage both you and your baby.
🎶 Playful songs and poses combining yoga principles and playgroup activities.
🌿 Introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga applied to the journey of motherhood.
💪 Gentle sequence of targeted poses to assist postnatal recovery and improve pelvic floor and core strength.
🏠 Flexible class structure - focus on strength, balance, or simply relax with your baby.
🛌 Nursing and nappy-friendly environment - attend to your baby's needs as required.
🚼 Comfort for your baby - please bring a small blanket or pillow.
🩺 Doctor's clearance required - ensure you're ready to resume exercise after birth.
