For those who’ve never been to an event like this: Zowken Sushi is a catering company specialized in private events, with sushi as the star of the show. At this event, we’ll be setting up one of our signature massive share tables, featuring over 15 different dishes, with an average of 34 sushi pieces per person, plus sides.
