WHAT ARE THE OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE? Participants will engage in a structured, step-by-step approach aimed at simplifying a complex topic into manageable components. This method offers a clear and organised roadmap for implementation. Utilising our fillable templates, participants will receive specific actions to follow, resulting in a baseline report for their business and actionable steps for the upcoming year.
WHO IS THIS COURSE DESIGNED FOR? This course is designed for small to medium business owners (or managers who have been assigned this role) who want to start embedding suitability practices into their workplace.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE ENTAIL? This is an online course with 8 live sessions conducted over a 10-week duration, featuring 90-minute sessions held every week for three consecutive weeks, followed by a one-week break to allow participants a moment of reflection.
