Meet your facilitator:

Lily Rolfe is Sustainable Screen Australia's (SSA) Sustainable Production Lead. With years of on-the-ground experience as a Sustainability Coordinator and Consultant, Lily will share practical examples for all departments. A long-time environmental advocate, her role as Production and Sustainability Coordinator at Matchbox Pictures cemented her belief that great filmmaking and sustainable practice go hand in hand.

She credits her time on the sustainability team for All Her Fault as the most formative experience of her career. The team’s groundbreaking work recently received the Sustainable Production Award (TV) at the Cannes Global Production Awards. Her approach has also been shaped by working with industry leaders Universal International Studios, NBCUniversal, Picture Zero and Carnival Films.

Lily is particularly passionate about capturing Australian data and stories, celebrating local progress and building the evidence needed to drive further change.
