Co-hosted by Priority One and the NZ Green Building Council, this event will immerse you in the world of sustainable products through expert presentations, engaging panel discussions, and valuable networking opportunities.
We have a great line up of presentations to take us from a national perspective down to whats currently happening here locally in Tauranga.

Brad is a Senior Manager - Buildings & Communities and the Manager of the Green Star rating tool where he assists the Green Star team and identifies new opportunities to use the quiver of Green Star tools (Design and As-Built, Performance, Interior, Communities) to make buildings better.

Studio Pacific Architecture, Grant Perry
Grant is a registered Architect and Principal at Studio Pacific Architecture, with more than two decades of experience across Aotearoa and the UK. His work spans residential, commercial and civic projects, with a particular focus on adaptive reuse, seismic resilience and sustainable public architecture.
Grant is currently Project Lead for the Te Manawataki o Te Papa Library and Community Hub in Tauranga, which is on track to become one of the first public buildings in Aotearoa to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Design rating.
His presentation will cover:
Key lessons from Studio Pacific’s Green Star-certified projects, including the 6 Star Te Manawataki o Te Papa Library and Community Hub.
How SPA’s ESD framework guides material selection, façade performance, and early design decisions that support long-term environmental outcomes.
The role of collaboration with project partners in shaping more sustainable, data-informed design solutions across all project types.
