The conference will take place from 28 to 30 October 2025 in the picturesque and renowned trail destination of Dwellingup Western Australia!

Nestled just over an hour from Perth CBD, Dwellingup has transformed from a charming former timber mill town into a dynamic and thriving adventure tourism town with a particular focus on trails. Known for its breathtaking natural landscapes Dwellingup offers over 100 kilometres of sanctioned MTB trails and is a destination along the renowned Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail making Dwellingup the town “where trails meet”.

Recent investments have led to the development of the Dwellingup Trails and Visitor Centre featuring cutting-edge visitor technology, a themed café and ample facilities for relaxation and recreation.

In April this year Dwellingup was rewarded with official “Trail Town” status for its well developed trails, natural assets, services and infrastructure, cafes, shops accommodation and for its supportive community.

Join us for this three-day event nestled in the trail town itself that promises engaging keynote speakers, insightful case studies and interactive field trips. Connect with trail users, designers, planners, land managers, operators and volunteers to explore the future of sustainable trails.

The conference will focus on all aspects of sustainable trails.

Attendees can choose from one of four field trips covering cycling, walking or MTB. Bike hire is included (if required) - bikes will be analogue and suited to the ride you chose. Please make your field trip selection on your registration form.
