THE FREQUENZ CONCEPT EXPLAINED

Frequency, in this context, refers to something sustained—continuing over time without disruption.

The idea behind frequency is that everything in existence is composed of energy.

Each of our cells and organs vibrates at its own unique rhythm, creating a harmonious blend of frequencies that make up our physical and energetic selves.

When these frequencies are in sync, our entire being feels balanced and aligned, much like the harmony of a symphony.

This is where therapeutic sound frequencies are ushered in.

By applying specific frequencies during an immersive sound bath, particularly focused on the body’s energy centers (chakras), participants can experience benefits like:

Bring an eye mask (recommended not necessary).
Bring a pillow or two (recommended for head, shoulder, hip, and lower back support).
Bring water to stay hydrated before, during, and after the session.
