SVA X CUBA New Brighton Beach Cleanup

Get ready for an exciting day of sun, surf, and service! 🌊🌞
On Saturday, the 8th of March, the Student Volunteer Army (SVA) is teaming up with CUBA for an epic beach clean-up and surf at New Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity to help keep our beautiful coastline clean while enjoying some fun in the sun.
We'll be meeting outside Haere-roa at 9:50am and departing in UC Vans at 10am to New Brighton. The beach clean-up will run throughout the morning, finishing with a BBQ lunch. After the clean-up, we'll spend the afternoon surfing and enjoying the beach.
Bring along your own surfboards, as well as any balls, games, or other beach gear you enjoy. If you are willing to drive a vehicle to take some boards or passengers let us know. Otherwise, we have plenty of room in vans.
