Event description

NAIDOC 2025 - The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy

It's with great pleasure the Swan Communities for Children team invite you to this very special NAIDOC breakfast.

This year marks 50 years of NAIDOC, and over the decades this important week has grown into a powerful national celebration of the enduring strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The 2025 theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy," celebrates not only the achievements of the past but the bright future ahead, empowered by the strength of young Aboriginal leaders, the vision of their communities, and the legacy of generations of ancestors.

Join us as we hear from Koya Aboriginal Corporation staff as they share their perspectives on this year’s theme, and their hopes for the young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our Swan community and beyond.
