Presented by Volunteering Loddon Mallee as part of the Investing in Rural Community Futures (IRCF) Victoria program
This collaborative session will bring together Swan Hill & Surrounds NFP organisations to share insights, strengthen sector capacity, and explore practical strategies for volunteer recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
The session will highlight key findings from the State of Volunteering Report and provide space for collective discussion to identify shared priorities, project ideas, and next steps for collaborative action.
