Hazards
There is one small step at the entrance, but there is also a side ramp for those who may need it or are in a wheelchair. The rest of the venue is all one ground floor space.

**COVID-19 Policy for Bigger Sister Channel Clothes Swap Event** The health and safety of all attendees, volunteers, and Bigger Sister Channel team members is our top priority. We are committed to creating a safe environment for everyone. Please review our COVID-19 guidelines below and adhere to them during the event. ### 1. **Health and Safety Requirements** - **Masks:** Masks are optional but encouraged for individuals who prefer added protection. Disposable masks will be available at the event for those who wish to use them. - **Hand Sanitizer Stations:** We will provide hand sanitizer at multiple locations throughout the venue. Please sanitize your hands upon entry and regularly while attending. - **Vaccination:** While proof of vaccination is not required, we strongly encourage attendees to be vaccinated if possible. ### 2. **Before Attending the Event** - **Symptom Check:** If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue), or if you have tested positive in the past 7 days, please refrain from attending. - **Exposure:** If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days, please consider taking a test before attending and monitor for symptoms. ### 3. **On-Site Protocols** - **Social Distancing:** We encourage social distancing where possible, especially at high-traffic areas like check-in or item drop-off points. - **Cleaning Measures:** High-touch surfaces will be regularly sanitized, and we will disinfect all event materials (e.g., racks, tables) before and after the event. Unfortunately we will not be able to sanitize donated items, but encourage all attendees to wash any donations before donating them. - **Ventilation:** The two rooms in the venue are ventilated as much as possible, both have windows that can be opened to bring in fresh air. There is also an extraction fan, and all doors between rooms can be opened and corridor windows opened for ventilation and air flow. - **Air purifiers:** The venue provides one air purifier per room (we will be utilising two) and have additional purifiers on hand if needed. ### 4. **Flexibility and Updates** - Our policy may be updated based on the latest health guidance. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility should any changes be necessary. If we feel it is necessary the venue can facilitate instant covid testing on entry.
