Description

SWEAT CLUB: A Sculpt & Social Experience

Burn Bestie and Chasing Chai present Sweat Club, a Sunday morning that starts with a full-body burn and ends with good coffee and good company.

Pick your session and join us at Living Barre and Yoga in South Brisbane for Sculpt Burn. It’s a 45-minute class that combines Pilates-inspired mat work, light hand weights and core-focused movement to build strength, mobility and muscular endurance. All fitness levels are welcome, and the instructor will give options to make each move easier or harder.

After class, stay for the Sculpt Social. Drinks and snacks are on us, and it’s a chance to meet everyone else who came. You’ll also leave with something exclusive from our sponsors.
