Event description
We had a bumper crop of chillies at GEC this year so join us to spice up your life with some easy recipes for using up the glut. Presenters Miriam and Andrew Yip will run you through their routine for making handy condiments like sweet chilli sauce and harissa.
Please bring along a couple of clean small jars/containers to take samples home. If you don't have anything we can lend you some jars for a $5 deposit, refundable on return.
