Sweet Surrender: A 2-Hour Afternoon of Somatic Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a magical 2-hour experience that blends the healing power of Somatic Yoga and Sound Healing. This immersive session is designed to help you release tension, deepen body awareness invite you into the somatic experience of peace, joy and open presence.

Jody will guide you through gentle mindful movements of Somatic Yoga and breath awareness so you can reconnect with your body, unwinding stuck energy and cultivating a sense of grounded relaxation with Coral weaving in her intuitive sound medicine.

Whether you're new to yoga and sound journeys or a regular devotee this you can know that this will be a one off experience co-created with the magic of the moment, with the unique individuals (maybe that's you) who will be joining us, trusting in the magic that can unfold when we intentionally and with the joy of sharing our gifts create a nourishing space to unwind, reclaim, and tap into the healing potential within.

About your guides and facilitators

CORAL STONE is a multifaceted healer and musician dedicated to guiding individuals on transformative journeys through sound. With her deep understanding of sound healing and her passion for helping others find joy, Coral offers an experience that’s immersive and soul-nourishing. She uses her gifts to help unravel tension and open up new spaces of lightness and expression.

JODY BROWN has spent years cultivating practices in embodiment, somatic therapy, and inquiry. As a teacher of somatic dance, she invites participants to lean into the rhythm of their bodies, embracing freedom and authentic movement. Her work encourages you to find your own truth and joy through the body’s wisdom.

PARKING and DIRECTIONS

You should find lots of parking on Pollen Street.  The venue is upstairs in the Kiwibank Building, as you come to the top of the stairs head down the corridor to your left and we are the room on the right.
