Event description

The inaugural Swimmable Cities Summit is only weeks away! If you haven't registered, it's time to get moving so you don't miss out - CLICK HERE. This is the third and final pre-Summit event designed to start building the conversation. This will be a great experience for people who are planning to attend in Rotterdam, and for those who will be will us in spirit (and perhaps online).

So, for Event #3, let's celebrate International Biodiversity Day (May 22)!

This year the theme is “Be part of the Plan”. This is a call to action to encourage governments, indigenous peoples and local communities, non-governmental organizations, lawmakers, businesses, and individuals to highlight the ways in which they are supporting the implementation of the global Biodiversity Plan. That includes us, and the best thing is that our Swimmable Cities Charter and collective work is already aligned to the Biodiversity Plan. Everyone has a role to play and therefore can be #PartOfThePlan.
