This Research Seminar will showcase our wonderful Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students alongside their current & previous projects:

  • Nina Melander: "We just want a sleepover" Exploring young people's perceptions of institutional responses to child sexual exploitation in residential care

  • Natalie Femia: Unsettling the concept of burnout in social work: Preliminary findings from a qualitative study

  • Dr Mary Jo McVeigh: That trust thing… research conversations with young citizens who have experienced professional interventions as a result of experiencing violence, abuse, and neglect
