SYA is thrilled to announce its second Women's Rahao Retreat, designed exclusively for women aged 25 and above. Join us from Friday, August 22 to Sunday, August 24 for a transformative experience focused on listening to oneself, reflecting, and rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit.

Retreat Highlights:
Mindful Reflection: Engage in guided sessions to reflect on your journey, set intentions, and cultivate self-awareness. Relax as we explore our theme for the year, 'suniai'.

Meals & Accommodation:
All meals are provided for the duration of the camp of which all are vegetarian and include both Punjabi and Western cuisine. Twin room share-style lodging is provided for the duration of the Camp. There are a limited number of Single Rooms available for people who wish to not share a room with anyone. All linen and towels are provided by the venue.
