Sydenham Rugby Gala Dinner

Join us for an evening to remember and celebrate David Rhodes, a dedicated life member and cornerstone of the Sydenham Rugby Club. When we lost David in 2022, COVID-19 restrictions prevented us from giving him the farewell he deserved. Now, we're coming together to raise funds for the club he loved so much. The event will feature stories from those who knew David best, both on and off the field. We welcome everyone to come and support the Sydenham Rugby Club in David's name.

David served as Vice President and then President of the New Zealand Rugby Union from 2013-2017; served on the Canterbury Rugby Union Board for 12 years, including six as Chairman; and sat on the Board of the Crusaders for seven years.

Ticket price includes meal* is $120 per person (including GST) plus a booking fee. The bar will be open.
