We are excited to kick off our first Sydney event of 2025 — Himalayan Breathwork & Yoga Wellness Day. Join us for an incredible journey in collaboration with our special guest, Master Hatha Teacher Yogi P, who will guide you through authentic yogic practices from the East. This workshop has been carefully curated to offer a transformative experience, incorporating Kriya Yoga, Breathwork, Traditional Hatha Yoga, Mantra, Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra and completing the day with a nourishing Ayurvedic meal.

This event is an invitation to embark on a journey of self-discovery and profound transformation. Experience the harmonization of your mind, body, and spirit as you explore realms of clarity, joy, tranquility, and a more fulfilling life

Kriya Yoga

Kriya is action that leads to liberation and freedom. Kriya uses breathing and movement techniques to accelerate energy into the body. The more energy we can hold, the deeper our connection to Self, resulting in a much more balanced life. Himalayan Kriya allows us to expand our consciousness at such a rapid speed, we can evolve and lean in the direction of growth very quickly. These ancient breath techniques allow us to harness the power of our mind and energy, and by doing so, we become the master of our own nervous system. When the nervous system is in check, we start to access our full potential. Guests will be infused with prana, which will leave you feeling a great sense of aliveness, rejuvenation and inspired for life. Both the Kriya and Hatha will have a strong focus on working with the energy of the sun ( Surya) known as the dispeller of darkness and the one who radiates light and warmth into this world.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

Our Yoga flow will be guided by special guest, our Hatha Yoga teacher from India, Yogi P. As a true devotee of yoga, guests can expect to feel nourished and supported, as Yogi P flows you through the morning. Yogi P will stick to the traditional way of teaching, taking guests on a journey to India, with a focus on breath to body connection, with physical postures designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Allow Yogi P to guide you into peace and balance, open your body and energy like never before.

Yoga Nidra and Sound Bowls

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the yogi rests comfortably in savasana, this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness. Yogi P will guide guests through this beautiful experience while The Breath Sisters use ancient instruments, to deepen your connection to Self.

Ayurvedic Meal

Ayurveda is a branch of yoga, and it means the science of life. It takes a natural approach to all aspects of health and well-being, including food and diet. We will complete the day with a beautiful Ayurvedic meal, which will be 100% organic and pranic rich. This meal will further support people in grounding their energy and consuming more light into the body.

Our Breathwork and Yoga sessions are fully guided, which means guests do not need any prior experience. If you are pregnant or have any serious injuries, we suggest you wait for one of our softer heart-based classes which are less physical.
