Sydney - ONA Coffee Cupping

Join us around the cupping table to explore a selection of coffees with the ONA team.

We’ll taste side by side, compare what we notice and talk through the origins, processing and flavour of the coffees on the table. It’s a chance to ask questions, discover something new and share a few coffees with other coffee lovers.

This session will also feature a special appearance from In Sequence, our Ethiopian processing release. Exploring Supernatural, Carbonic Maceration, Nitrogen Maceration and Koji, these coffees offer an interesting look at how processing can shape sweetness, fruit character and texture.

Our team will guide you through the cupping, so no previous experience is needed. We look forward to tasting with you.

All ticket proceeds will go towards our Water for Good campaign. We began this partnership last year with a goal of funding 250 water points over seven years in coffee-growing regions across Africa, each serving around 400 people a day.
