Sydney Property, Hot or Not?

Guest Speaker at Sydney Rotary Club's lunchtime Zoom meeting on Tuesday 23 March will be Paul McKenzie, CEO of ABS Conveyancing and Valuations.

He will discuss Sydney's property market and how hot it really is, and briefly cover a number of areas including, residential, commercial, buying, investing and taxation.

Paul, who has had almost 25 years of experience in property valuation and legal conveyancing late last year authored a book, "Property and Conveyancing."   It is a layman's guide on property and conveyancing for those looking to buy, sell or invest in the Australian property market.

Paul's articles are regularly published  in leading  newspapers and industry journals and he often speaks on radio and at conferences on the property market.
