Rotary Sydney and PCYC NSW Special Event: Youth Encouragement Scholarships (YES) Awards Presentation

Join us on Tuesday, 19th November at 12:30 pm, as Rotary Sydney, in partnership with PCYC NSW, hosts a special event to celebrate the achievements of the Youth Encouragement Scholarships (YES). The event will be held at the UBS Meeting Rooms, Chifley Tower, and will provide an opportunity to learn more about the impact of this important initiative.

A Zoom option is available for Award recipients and families and any other supporters are are unable to attend in person. The Zoom link will be provided closer to the date.

The YES scholarships, established in 2021, aim to support vulnerable and disadvantaged youth across NSW in pursuing their ambitions in education, sports, the arts, and environmental leadership.

During the event, we will present a brief overview of the YES program, highlighting what has been achieved to date, the number of scholarships awarded and showcasing inspiring case studies from past recipients. These stories demonstrate how the scholarships have empowered young people to overcome challenges and excel in their chosen fields, from performing arts to sports coaching, and more.

The highlight of the event will be the presentation of the 2024 YES Scholarships, recognising this year's outstanding young recipients from both regional and metropolitan areas of NSW. This is a wonderful opportunity to see firsthand how your support and involvement with Rotary Sydney and PCYC NSW are making a lasting impact in the lives of our youth.
