Sydney Women in Accounting Network - Nina Mapson Bone meaningful work
Event description
Nina Mapson Bone, a people strategist and author with a 30-year career in recruitment and people consultancy. In 2019 Beaumont People commissioned world-first research into meaningful work. An Australian-first because there had never been any research on what meaningful work meant for Australians, and a world-first because no-one had ever looked at both the psychological factors and the sociological factors of meaningful work. In 2023, she published Meaningful Work: Unlock Your Unique Path to Career Fulfilment.
Nina works with Boards, CEOs, Founders and Executive Leaders to bridge the disconnect between strategy and people’s needs, capabilities and motivations, in doing so allowing organisations to move that strategy from ideas on a page to realised high-performing outcomes.
Meaningful work influences job contentment and career progression. Engaging in meaningful work brings a sense of fulfilment, it can reduce stress and enhance overall health and wellness.
Join us for this evening session to learn about both the psychological factors and the sociological factors of meaningful work.
Canapés and light refreshments will be provided.
