If you’re anything like I was, you’re looking for something new. You feel drawn to the idea of spaces offering connection and community with other like-hearted women. But you don’t know where to find them. 

You’re looking for a place where you can move past the small talk to be seen and heard for who you really are.

You’re stuck in auto-pilot in your day-to-day life and you want to feel more free, to get in your body and out of your head.

If this is you, then my women's circles are waiting to welcome you.

We will talk, laugh, perhaps cry, eat cake, drink tea and mindfully move through some activities together, crafted around a theme.

My circles are for women who crave a space to rest, crave connection with each other and themselves through story sharing and having fun. 

You are welcome just as you are. There’s no need to prepare anything or be a certain way.

When women gather intentionally, magic happens. Let's make magic together!

I love welcoming women to their first circle as well as having regulars attend. I know what it’s like to attend something new where you don’t know anyone, so with this in mind, my circles are crafted to be cosy and welcoming.

Just be yourself, share as little or as much of you as is comfortable and over time, circle will become familiar, something you crave and a part of life you truly look forward to.

Babies in arms (under 6 months) are welcome to join us. Please let me know if you have a baby in attendance.
