Nourish: A Mixed Media Creative Gathering

Nourish the mind. Nourish the body. Nourish the soul and spirit. Nourish friendships, community, and connection.

We invite you to take part in a relaxed mixed media workshop, where through small, hands‑on acts of making, we explore what it means to care, to share, and to be sustained. Together, we’ll create — spoons, shoes, and houses as simple, meaningful symbols of nourishment.

Each piece becomes a small offering: a reminder of what feeds us, and how we feed one another.

No experience is needed — just a willingness to slow down, create, and connect.

All supplies plus Tea, Coffee and Light Lunch provided

At this workshop you will learn about The Apron Project that was launched in 2015 to underpin the lives of women and children escaping Domestic and Family violence. Each year artists contribute aprons - painted, stitched, beaded, sewn ... and they are auctioned off at a fun and fabulous event in the Hornsby/Ku-ring-gai region. You too can be a part of this special project.

In 2027, The Apron Project theme is centred on one simple, generous theme — Nourish.
