Time: Doors open 12.30 for a prompt start at 12.40pm - if you're running a few minutes late please do not disturb the session, enter quietly and set yourself up where you feel comfortable)

REMINDER:

We will be suppling blankets, yoga mats, pillows and eye pillows. If you would like to bring your own supplies you can to make sure you are comfortable. 
Please bring your own water and a journal/pen if you want to reflect on the experience afterwards
